Bio
Debi specializes in assisting executives and potential executives in exploring unrealized goals and personal strategic plans.  Her rich enthusiasm, knowledge and experience spans over 30 years in the hospitality industry.  As a founding corporate officer of Bon Appetit Management Company and at various positions in Saga and Marriott Corporations, Debi served such clients as Oracle, HP, Stanford University, University of Pennsylvania, The Getty Center and Pac Bell Park.  She is an adjunct professor at The Culinary Institute of America and sits on the Advisory Board at UNLV's Harrah's College of Hotel Administration.

Debi has been recognized for her contributions by IFMA, being presented The Silver Plate Award, by being named a Conti Professor at Penn State University, by being selected to be a Hennessey Traveler for the United States Air Force and was named Woman of the Year in 2000 by The Roundtable for Women in Foodservice.  She has been a featured speaker at conferences in the U.S. and Europe.

She flourishes in Sonoma County, California with her husband Mark R. Walsh who is a Foodservice Design Consultant and her two sons, Alex and Robb.
